Usually answered within one working day, in English or German. Please include your Etsy order number if your question is about a purchase.

Messages sent through Etsy reach the same inbox and keep everything attached to your order — that is usually the faster route for download problems, refunds and file questions.

Before you write
My download will not open
Try opening the file on a computer rather than a phone, and use a normal PDF reader rather than a browser preview. If it still fails, email the order number and the device you are using and you will get a fresh file.
Can I get the template in a different format or colour?
Sometimes, yes. Ask — small adjustments are often quick, and a good request occasionally turns into a new listing.
Can I resell or redistribute the files?
No. You may use the templates for your own business and your own clients, including commercial work. Reselling, sharing or repackaging the files themselves is not permitted. A few listings come with an explicit extended licence — those say so in the listing.
Do you do custom work?
Occasionally, for templates close to what already exists in the shop. Describe what you need and you will get an honest yes or no.
